Best practice for taking photos for PD measurement.

• Hold a piece of A4 paper (standard size printer paper) in front of your face so that your face is visible (see picture). Ensure both sides of the paper are visible in the picture.
  
• The paper should be touching your chin and flat.
  
• Make sure the frames are seated comfortably and naturally on your face .
  
• Try to fill the frame.
  
• Look straight at camera.
  
• Camera lens needs to be same height as your eyes
  
• Make sure the lighting is good and avoid glare where possible.
  
• Save your photo to your desktop or in a location you usually use for photos.

Uploading photos to your account.

• Have your photo prepared on your computer.
  
• Create your account by completing your details on the following page.
  
• Click on "your account" above this panel.
  
• Select "update profile" on the options page.
  
• Browse for photo, select it and upload it to your account (you will see a thumbnail of your picture on your account).
  
• Leave the rest to us for more comfortable and better fitting glasses.
