If you wish to buy single vision glasses (distance, reading or intermediate).

1. After having your eye test, have your prescription ready at your computer.
   
   
2. Browse through our site and choose your favourite frames, enter the usage and the lenses you want.
   
   
3. Add your chosen frames and lenses to your shopping cart.
   
   
4. Fill in your details, name, address and prescription etc. and complete the payment process.
   
   
5. We will manufacture your new glasses immediately and will post your glasses to you.
   
   
6. You should receive your new glasses within 14 days.

If you wish to buy Bifocals or Varifocals glasses.

We do not supply varifocals glasses or bifocal glasses without seeing a photo of our customer wearing a pair of the frames they want to have made with those prescription lenses.

1. Find the frame(s) you like from our site and select home trial, add the Varifocals or Bifocal lens option and other options to your glasses. You will automatically be routed through our Home Trial procedure.
   
   
2. Enter your prescription and personal details in our on-line Customer Order Form and you will be asked to enter your credit card details. (See below about data security).
   
   
3. We will send the frame(s) to your home for £3.75 (per pair).
   
   
4. Try the frame for fit and comfort without the lenses.
   
   
5. If you are happy with the frames take a photo of yourself wearing them (see Information on taking photos for varifocals and bifocals lenses below) complete the order form enclosed and send it back to us together with all frames in the same packing using the reply paid sticker sent to you.
   
   
6. We will process your request and and charge your purchase to your credit card.
   
   
7. Or return the frames within 14 days with no further charge.
   
   
8. For our standard range you can try up to two frames at a time, however, due to the popularity and appeal of our designer frames and to ensure that we are able to offer all our customers a home trial facility we will only send one designer frame at a time.

Pupillary distance (PD) is the distance, in millimeters, from one pupil to the other.

A correct PD will ensure that the lenses are correctly positioned in relation to your eyes. Your optician may not want to give this to you as it will allow you to buy glasses from the Internet at far cheaper prices.

To ensure a properly fitting pair of glasses we will always measure your PD for you.

Choose the frame you like and take a photo of yourself wearing it. (see best practice guide in information panel).

We have 3 options for getting the photo to us:

1. If you can take a digital photo, upload it to your account

2. If you cannot upload a digital photo attach it to our order confirmation e-mail and send it to us

3. have a normal postcard sized photo processed and send it back with the frames. (see information panel for guidance).

ALL GLASSES ARE PROCESSED IN LINE WITH OUR 8 POINT PROFESSIONAL QUALITY CHECK

1. Every order is checked by our experienced dispensers before we start manufacture
   
   
2. If we find that the frame chosen is not perfectly suitable for your prescription and the lenses you have chosen, we will contact you to discuss alternatives.
   
   
   When your spectacles are completed,
   
   
3. Your lenses are checked against your prescription.
   
   
4. Lenses are checked for fit in the frame, to ensure they are not too tight or too loose for the frame to ensure they do not crack or fall out.
   
   
5. All frame screws are checked for fit and holding power .
   
   
6. All frames are set up and balanced to ensure the best possible fit and comfort.
   
   
7. Our Quality Control Department will finally check that your glasses are to the highest possible standard before despatch.
   
   
8. All spectacles are guaranteed.
