When we receive your order for prescription glasses
Our dispensers check your choice of frames and lenses with the prescription before we start to manufacture your glasses.
If we find that the frame chosen is not perfectly suitable for your prescription and/or the lenses you have chosen, we will not make your glasses but will contact you to discuss alternatives. |
When your glasses are completed

- We check the lenses are accurately made to your prescription.
- Your lenses are checked for fit in the glasses, if they are too tight in the frame the lenses will crack and if they are too lose they may fall out of the glasses frame.
- All frame screws are checked and tightened to ensure your glasses give efficient use.
- All glasses are adjusted and balanced to ensure the best possible fit and comfort.
- Before your glasses are despatched our Quality Control Department will re-check that your glasses have been manufactured to the highest possible standard.
