My glasses arrived yesterday, and are really good. The lenses are excellent, I have used them today for driving, office work and hand work and all is ok. The graduation is fine and clarity also very good. I will need some small adjustment to the fitting but I m sure I can do that. Thanks for great service and excellent communications. I shall not hesitate to use and recommend your service in the future.

When we receive your order for prescription glasses
Our dispensers check your choice of frames and lenses with the prescription before we start to manufacture your glasses.
If we find that the frame chosen is not perfectly suitable for your prescription and/or the lenses you have chosen, we will not make your glasses but will contact you to discuss alternatives.
When your glasses are completed
We check the lenses are accurately made to your prescription.
Your lenses are checked for fit in the glasses, if they are too tight in the frame the lenses will crack and if they are too lose they may fall out of the glasses frame.
