In order to return Goods for a refund or to exchange the Goods for alternative Goods, you must within 14 working days of dispatch by EYESRIGHT UK LTD either:

• Call the returns phone number of the Site. If we are busy, please leave a message and we will return your call within two working days.
  
• Email enquiries@eyesright.co.uk , detailing the Order number and reason for the return, including a telephone number for us to contact you. We will contact you within two working days of your email.

No returns can be accepted unless the return has been authorised by EYESRIGHT UK LTD. and you have been issued with a returns code authorisation.

All returns must be received by EYESRIGHT UK LTD. within 14 days of authorisation before exchange or refund can be processed. If goods are not received by that time the authorisation code will lapse and a further authorisation code will be required.

When returning the Goods, they must be in their original condition, undamaged and in the original packaging (including case and lens cloth). The returns code authorisation must be clearly marked on a covering note.

You must return the Goods by recorded delivery as EYESRIGHT UK LTD. cannot accept responsibility if the Goods are lost in the post.

Goods may not be returned if you were advised that the glasses ordered were not suitable for your particular prescription or needs.
